My Dream:

After spending twenty years working in various restaurants around the Midwest, I had a dream to start my own catering business. My dream came true in 2008 in the form of United Nations Catering.

Building upon my reputation for excellent customer service and a talent for making a variety of foods like grandma’s homemade macaroni and cheese to Mongolian beef to crab cakes, United Nations Catering quickly established a loyal clientele. My mouth-watering fried chicken recipe receives rave reviews whenever it is on the menu.

United Nations Catering has provided delicious food for weddings, birthday parties, corporate lunches and many other types of events. Due to my vast culinary experience, I am able to customize the menu to ensure customer satisfaction.
